This document explains what data we collect, for what purpose, how long we keep it and what rights you can exercise.

2. Data we process
We collect identification data (name, email), browsing data (visited pages, device, session time) and, where applicable, the data you voluntarily share when submitting the contact form or joining a crowdlending round. We do not request sensitive data through this site.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to answer questions, share information about projects, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, measure site performance and, with your consent, communicate relevant news about real estate crowdlending in Argentina.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your free and informed consent, the execution of pre-contractual or contractual relationships that may arise, compliance with applicable legal duties and the legitimate interest of keeping the site safe and functional.
5. Data retention
We keep contact data for the time needed to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, for as long as the relationship with you is active. Data linked to operations is retained for the periods required by applicable regulations (for example, tax obligations of up to ten years).
6. Transfers and processors
We may rely on technology providers located in Argentina and in other countries with adequate protection levels. In every case we require contractual commitments aligned with Law 25,326 and its complementary regulations.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational controls (encryption in transit, access management, continuous monitoring and incident response plans) to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of your data.
9. Changes to the policy
If we update this policy, we publish the new version at the same address with the update date. When changes are substantial, we communicate the news through our usual channels.
